Our brand-new 2024 model machinery and setup are second to none.
We have invested in:
- A rug dusting machine
- Rug wash machine with 10 powerful brushes
- Centrifuge to rinse and spin-dry
- Vacuuming and pile lifting machine
What truly sets us apart is our temperature-controlled drying room. Unlike other providers who air-dry rugs outside (exposing them to dust, moisture, and contaminants), our controlled environment ensures your rugs dry faster, cleaner, and more hygienically — reducing the risk of mould and mildew.
Rug Inspection & Stain Removal

Stain removal is a detailed process that takes time and care, so it is charged as an additional service. If your rug has any specific stains you'd like us to treat, please send us clear photos before your booking so we can assess and quote accordingly.
While we always do our very best, not all stains can be completely removed, and we do not guarantee 100% removal.
However, we’ve had great success with stubborn stains including:
- Slime
- Tea & coffee
- Food spills
- Ink, pen & texta
- And more
We use specialised stain removal solutions, tailored to different stain types and rug fibers, to give your rug the best possible outcome.
Rinsing / Spin-drying Rugs in the Centrifuge
After your rug has been thoroughly washed, we place it into our industrial-grade centrifuge — a powerful machine that spins the rug at high speed to remove up to 95% of moisture in just minutes.
Using centrifugal force, the machine rapidly spins the rug, pushing out water from deep within the fibres. This not only speeds up the drying process but also prevents issues like mould, mildew, or odour that can develop when rugs are left damp for too long.
Combined with our temperature-controlled drying room, this process ensures your rug is dried quickly, hygienically, and safely, preserving its quality and appearance.
